Hair, supported before loss.

A preventive pathway — support the scalp and hair structure before loss becomes visible. For patients in the early stages, or those maintaining density they still have. Course-based, non-urgent, evidence-led.

What it is

Support, before loss.

Hair quality and density support includes measures aimed at maintaining or improving the structure, strength and density of the hair — before loss becomes obvious.

It may be recommended during the early stages of hair loss or used as a preventive approach. The aim is a healthy scalp and strong hair shafts — protected proactively rather than treated reactively.

The best time to start supporting density is the year before you'd have started worrying about it.
How it shows up

What patients notice.

Early signs — often before density loss is obvious in the mirror.

01

“My hair has become thinner.”

Subjective sense of reduced density before the mirror confirms it.

02

Reduced hair density

Objective loss of density visible on trichoscopy — often before it's visible to the patient.

03

Dry and brittle hair

Shaft quality reducing — a signal that the follicle is under-nourishing.

04

Loss of natural hair shine

Cuticle damage from cumulative styling or nutritional stress.

05

“My hair does not look healthy.”

The patient's own assessment — a reliable, if imprecise, early signal.

06

Slower hair growth

Shorter anagen phase — new growth takes longer to become visible.

Types & drivers

Why quality drops.

Density and quality erode from multiple directions — the pathway addresses the two or three most active.

#DriverWhat's happeningPathway
01Early androgenetic.Genetic sensitivity beginning to affect follicle miniaturisation.PRP + topical
02Nutritional gaps.Iron, protein, vitamin D or trace-element gaps affecting hair production.Labs + diet
03Chronic stress.Ongoing stress affecting the hair growth cycle in subtle ways.Lifestyle support
04Haircare wear.Chemical, thermal or mechanical damage reducing shaft quality.Routine reset
05Scalp condition.Sub-clinical inflammation affecting the environment the follicle grows in.Scalp protocol
Diagnostics-first

We measure now for later.

Trichoscopy establishes a baseline — density, calibre, cycling — the reference for tracking preventive care over time.

Treatment pathways

How we support it.

Preventive care is layered — PRP and mesotherapy scheduled at intervals, home care and lifestyle correction between visits.

Book a trichology consultation

Begin with a baseline.

A specialist images the scalp, establishes a baseline, and — if a preventive protocol suits your case — lays out a course you can maintain over time.
