Booking & cancellation.

Making an appointment.

You can request an appointment by WhatsApp, telephone or through the website. A request becomes a confirmed booking once we acknowledge the date and time with you. For certain treatments and diagnostics, a consultation is required before the procedure can be scheduled.

Rescheduling and cancellation.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time to another patient.

Late arrival and missed appointments.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to see you, though your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to protect other patients' time. Repeated missed appointments without notice may require future visits to be confirmed in advance.

Preparing for your visit.

Some treatments require preparation or aftercare. Where this applies, we will give you instructions in advance. Please follow them so your treatment can proceed safely.
