Who we are.

Beauté Concept operates two aesthetic medicine clinics in Yerevan, Armenia — Tumanyan St. 11 and Sayat-Nova Ave. 35. We provide doctor-led treatments across face, body, hair and dental care, supported by diagnostic imaging.

The data we collect.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact and identity data — your name, telephone number, email address and any message you send through the website contact form or when booking.
• Booking and communication data — the content of messages you send us by WhatsApp, telephone, email or social media, and records of your appointments.
• Health and treatment data — information you share during consultation, your medical history relevant to treatment, diagnostic results (including skin imaging, body composition and trichoscopy reports), treatment records, and, where you consent, before-and-after photographs. This is special-category (sensitive) data and is treated with additional care.
• Purchase data — if you buy products or services, the details needed to process and fulfil your order. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser type, and how you use the website, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use your data and our legal basis.

We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so:

• To respond to your enquiries and manage bookings — on the basis of your consent and of taking steps at your request before providing a service.
• To provide medical and aesthetic care and keep clinical records — on the basis of your explicit consent and of the provision of health care and treatment.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including health record-keeping and tax requirements — on the basis of our legal obligations.
• To operate, secure and improve our website and services — on the basis of our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
• To send you information about our services, where you have asked to receive it — on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing your data.

We share personal data only where necessary, with:

• The clinic's specialists and staff involved in your care.
• Service providers who support our operations — including website hosting, IT, appointment and messaging tools, and payment processing — bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• Public authorities where required by law.

Some providers (for example messaging platforms such as WhatsApp/Meta and certain hosting or analytics services) may process data outside Armenia. Where data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection.

How long we keep it.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Clinical and medical records are retained for the period required by applicable Armenian health-care and accounting regulations. Enquiry and marketing data is kept until it is no longer needed or until you ask us to delete it, subject to any legal retention duties.

Your rights.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

• confirm what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your data, where there is no legal reason for us to keep it;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• receive certain data in a portable format; and
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@beaute.am. We will respond within the period required by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.

Security.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access to health data is limited to staff who need it to provide your care.

Children.

Treatments for minors are provided only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children through the website without such consent.

Changes to this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of last update shown above.
