At a glance

Six reasons to consider mesotherapy.

01

Nourishment, deep

Active compounds — vitamins, amino acids, and hyaluronic acid — are placed directly into the mid-dermis or scalp, bypassing the skin's surface barrier entirely.

02

Tone, improved

Skin radiance and uniformity improve progressively over the course of treatment, addressing dullness, uneven texture, and pigmentation concerns simultaneously.

03

Acne, addressed

Specific cocktail formulations target sebaceous activity and inflammation, reducing breakout frequency and supporting skin barrier repair in acne-prone complexions.

04

Hair roots, strengthened

Scalp mesotherapy delivers growth factors and nutrients directly to the hair follicle — reducing shedding, improving density, and reactivating follicles in the resting phase.

05

Cellulite, reduced

Body mesotherapy disrupts localised fat deposits and improves microcirculation, producing a measurable reduction in skin dimpling and surface irregularity.

06

Approach, individual

The cocktail is formulated per patient and per concern. Mesotherapy is not a fixed protocol — it is adapted to what the skin, scalp, or body actually needs at each stage.

The mechanism

How mesotherapy actually works.

By placing active ingredients at the correct depth — the middle layers of the skin or scalp — mesotherapy ensures direct uptake at the cellular level, where topical products cannot reach.

  1. Day 0

    Delivery

A carefully selected cocktail of actives is introduced via fine-needle injection across the target zone. The entire procedure takes 30–45 minutes with minimal discomfort.

  2. Days 1–3

    Uptake

Cells in the dermis or follicular unit absorb the delivered nutrients. Mild papules or redness may occur as the active substances begin dispersing into surrounding tissue.

  3. Weeks 1–2

    Activation

Regenerative processes accelerate. In facial treatments, tone and texture improve. In scalp treatments, hair density begins to consolidate. In body treatments, circulation improves.

  4. Course complete

    Cumulative result

After 3–6 sessions, the full result becomes apparent. Skin quality, hair density, or body contour all reflect the cumulative benefit of repeated targeted nourishment.

The approach

Three zones, one method.

Mesotherapy adapts to the concern being treated. The injection depth, cocktail composition, and session frequency differ across facial, scalp, and body applications.

01
Facial mesotherapy

Targets dehydration, uneven tone, fine lines, and acne with vitamin-HA cocktails delivered into the mid-dermis. The skin responds with improved luminosity, texture, and moisture balance.

03
Body mesotherapy

Phosphatidylcholine-based and lipolytic cocktails are used to address localised fat deposits and cellulite, improving circulation and skin surface quality in targeted body areas.

Who it's for

A broad range of concerns.

Mesotherapy is one of the most versatile injectable treatments — the same delivery mechanism addresses fundamentally different concerns depending on what is placed and where.

  • Dry, oily, or uneven skin texture and tone
  • Pigmentation, fine lines, or a dull complexion
  • Hair loss, thinning, or weakened hair roots
  • Cellulite or localised fat deposits on the body
  • Those wanting a targeted, individually formulated approach

Suitability is determined during a one-to-one diagnostic consultation with a Beauté Concept specialist.

StageWhat happensTime
01 ConsultationA specialist assesses the concern — skin condition, hair density, or body area — and formulates an individual cocktail composition and session plan accordingly.30 min
02 PreparationThe treatment zone is cleansed and anaesthetic cream applied where needed. For facial and scalp treatments this takes 20–30 minutes before the procedure begins.20–30 min
03 InjectionThe formulated cocktail is delivered via fine-needle injection at the appropriate depth across the target area using a systematic point-by-point technique.20–30 min
04 AssessmentThe specialist reviews the skin or scalp response immediately post-treatment and notes any adjustments to the formulation or technique for the next session.5–10 min
05 RecoveryMild redness or papules at injection points settle within 24–48 hours. Aftercare guidance is provided before departure. Most patients return to daily activity the same day.24–48 hrs
06 Course completionAfter 3–6 sessions, a maintenance schedule is discussed based on the skin or scalp's response and the patient's ongoing goals.Per plan
Combinations

Often paired with mesotherapy.

Mesotherapy is frequently used alongside other treatments — either to prepare the skin, extend a result, or address a complementary concern that a single procedure cannot cover alone.

  • BiorevitalizationWhere mesotherapy delivers a targeted active cocktail, biorevitalization focuses specifically on deep HA hydration. The two are often alternated within the same course for broader skin quality improvement.
  • BotulinotherapyBotulinum toxin addresses dynamic movement while mesotherapy works on the skin's underlying nourishment and texture. Together, the result is both structurally relaxed and visibly healthy.
  • Collagen stimulatorsCollagen stimulators build long-term structural density beneath the skin. Mesotherapy supports the surface quality during the remodelling period, keeping radiance consistent between sessions.
  • SofwaveDevice-based tightening and injectable nourishment work at different depths. The combination addresses both structural laxity and the skin quality needed to support the lifted result.
Aftercare

The first 24 hours.

A brief period of calm after treatment supports the result and reduces the likelihood of temporary reactions. These instructions are provided at the clinic and should be followed carefully.

  1. 01

Do not touch the treated area

Avoid touching, massaging, or applying pressure to the injection sites for at least 24 hours. Introducing bacteria or displacing the product before it integrates compromises the result.

  2. 02

    Avoid sun exposure

Direct sunlight increases inflammation and the risk of post-treatment pigmentation. Apply SPF 30 or above daily throughout the course and for at least two weeks after the final session.

  3. 03

    Skip heat and physical exertion

Sauna, steam, and intense exercise increase circulation and can worsen temporary swelling or redness. Allow at least 24 hours before returning to these activities.

  4. 04

    Follow specialist instructions

Specific guidance will be given based on the treatment zone and the cocktail used. These instructions take precedence over any general recommendations and should be followed precisely.

Frequently asked

Questions our patients actually ask.

Is the procedure painful?

Topical anaesthetic cream is applied before treatment where needed. Most patients describe the sensation as minimal — fine needles at shallow depth produce little discomfort. Scalp treatments are well tolerated; body treatments may involve slightly more sensation depending on the area.

When will I see a result?

The result is cumulative. Some improvement in skin radiance or hair density may be noticeable after 2–3 sessions, but the full benefit develops across the complete course. The pace of response varies by individual and by the concern being treated.

How many sessions are needed?

A standard course consists of 3–6 sessions spaced 1–2 weeks apart. The exact number is confirmed at the initial consultation based on the target area and the extent of the concern. Progress is reviewed at each appointment.

Is there any recovery time?

There is no significant downtime. Mild redness, small papules at injection points, or slight swelling may occur and typically resolve within 24–48 hours. Most patients return to normal activity the same day, following the aftercare instructions provided.

Can mesotherapy be combined with other treatments?

Yes — it combines well with biorevitalization, botulinotherapy, collagen stimulators, and device-based treatments such as Sofwave. The appropriate combination is discussed at consultation based on your specific concerns and timeline.

What is the difference between facial and scalp mesotherapy?

The delivery mechanism is the same, but the formulation differs significantly. Facial mesotherapy uses vitamin, HA, and skin-brightening compounds targeted at complexion quality. Scalp mesotherapy uses growth factors, biotin, and DHT-blocking actives targeted at follicle health and hair density. They are distinct protocols sharing a common technique.

Is mesotherapy suitable for men?

Yes. Scalp mesotherapy in particular is one of the most requested treatments among male patients, addressing thinning and hairline concerns. Facial and body mesotherapy are equally suitable for men and are adapted to the individual's skin type and concerns.

A few honest notes
·

Results vary by individual, concern, and treatment zone. Response to mesotherapy depends on the skin or scalp's baseline condition, age, and lifestyle. A realistic assessment is given at the initial consultation.

·

We use only licensed, professionally compounded mesotherapy cocktails. Product selection is made by the treating physician based on the patient's specific profile — not a default protocol.

·

A preliminary consultation is not optional. The cocktail formulation and session plan are determined by clinical assessment. We do not begin treatment without a clear picture of the concern and the patient's history.

·

This is a medical procedure performed only by licensed Beauté Concept specialists. It requires clinical oversight and is not offered as a cosmetic service.
