Restoring shape, where volume was lost.

A hollowed or flattened look in certain areas — from age, weight loss or genetics. Shape enhancement restores volume and definition, chosen after a reading of composition and skin quality.

What it is

Volume, restored. Shape, enhanced.

Body volume loss is a hollow or flattened appearance in certain areas, caused by a reduction in subcutaneous fat, muscle mass or skin elasticity. Shape enhancement restores or improves contour and proportion.

It may follow age-related change, weight loss or reflect genetic characteristics. We assess fat-to-muscle distribution and skin elasticity first, because restoring volume and improving skin quality are different levers.

"Enhancement is about proportion, not addition. We restore only what the shape actually asks for."
How it shows up

Signs patients actually describe.

If two or more of these sound familiar, an assessment will show whether volume, skin quality, or both, need attention.

01

“This area has lost volume.”

A localised reduction in fullness that changes the contour.

02

“The buttocks or thighs look flatter.”

Flattening of areas that previously held more shape.

03

“My skin here has gone lax.”

Loss of elasticity accompanying the volume change.

04

“My body lacks shape.”

A sense of reduced definition that enhancement can address.

05

“The contours look uneven.”

Asymmetry that a mapped plan can rebalance.

06

“Weight loss left me hollow.”

A hollowed appearance following weight loss, suited to restoration.

Why it happens

Drivers to consider.

It is rarely one factor. The pathway follows whichever driver the assessment identifies.

TypeClinical nameWhat it looks likePathway
01Age-related change.Subcutaneous fat and skin support decline over time, softening contour.Filler / stimulator
02Weight loss.Rapid loss can leave areas hollowed and skin disproportionate to the tissue.Combined pathway
03Reduced muscle mass.Less underlying muscle changes how an area holds its shape.Exercise + support
04Skin laxity.Reduced elasticity accompanies and exaggerates the loss of volume.Device firming
05Rapid, unexplained loss.Sudden or unexplained volume loss is assessed medically first.Medical referral
Diagnostics first

Read the loss, then rebuild.

A volume visit begins with a reading of fat-to-muscle distribution and skin elasticity. The plan restores volume, improves skin quality, or both — in proportion.

How we treat

Pathways, matched.

One aim: restore proportion. The lead pathway rebuilds volume; supporting pathways add structural density and skin quality.

Book a consultation

Begin with a diagnosis.

A Beauté Concept specialist reads composition and skin quality, then designs an enhancement plan in proportion. If a treatment is right for you, we plan it; if it is not, we tell you that too.
